Review the homes disclosure notice with you so you don't get stuck with problems acknowledged by the sellers.
Provide recommendation of inspectors and contractors.
Make sure that it stays on track when an agreement is reached.

When you are ready to make an offer to implement negotiation plan. We typically initiate a conversation with the listing agent before the offer is presented so that we can better negotiate a deal on your behalf by determining the sellers' needs and meeting them with the least obligation to the buyers.
The typical real estate contract comes in standard form and result real estate agents not licensed to practice law or forbidden under law to make substantive changes to the contract. Sometimes changes are required in the clients best interest so it's good to know that you have a lawyer who can handle this for you which means less problems and less stress!
We can help you find property inspectors and termite and radon inspectors. We will guide you through the inspection process so that any potential problems may be addressed.
